    At Heritage Afrika, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Due to the perishable nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on any items once they have been delivered. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include: Your order number A description of the issue Clear photos of the product and packaging

    Once reviewed, we may offer: A replacement product A partial or full refund

  • Non-Returnable Items

    For food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: Opened food products Products that have been partially consumed Items returned without prior contact Products reported outside the 48-hour notification window

    If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
